Finished an interesting disussion with Steve Page (author of top selling policies and procedures manuals) about his newest book ... the conversation drifted into self-publishing, the need for IT policies and procedures manuals, etc. Unmesh Laddha also let me know that project work is picking up and the Pioneer ITI project in India is coming to fruition.
